Cell Phone Rentals
Customers don't have to go through the trouble of buying a locally compatible phone, registering a number or setting up a phone plan. We provide our guests with cell phones so that you can be in touch as soon as you arrive.
Pre-Notification Service (Free)
When you reserve your room, if you want to rent a cell phone, we can tell you the telephone number before you come to Beijing. That means you can give out your Beijing number prior to your arrival. Our phones are all prepaid making them safe and easy.
Safety Package (USD$11)
If the phone is stolen or broken, the Safety Package will cover all but 200RMB of the phone’s value. If you do not have the Safety Package you will be charged 1000RMB for the lost or damaged phone.

East Apartments cooperates with the East Apartment Language School to offer our guests the highest quality and most convenient learning environment. All of our teachers are bilingual and have degrees in teaching Chinese. Students are offered several program options:
At home private tutoring: Our professional teaching staff will come to your apartment and provide a private class for you and your family.
One on one tutoring: Students can come to one of our classrooms conveniently located in FuLiCheng or arrange for a one on one private lesson at your home.
Join a class: Students are welcome to join one of our regularly scheduled classes at the local East Apartments Language School. This is a great way to meet friends in the neighborhood.

Satellite TV/ Premium movie package
Guests can book our premium TV package featuring HBO, Star Movies and more. This service costs USD$5.00 a night with a minimum charge of USD$30. Just sign up for this service when booking your apartment and it will be set up before you arrive.
Scanner and Printer Rental
Printer + Scanner rental is USD$30 per month. Ink cartridges can be purchased from us for USD$25. Contact us for details.
