Rental Method
East Apartments provides fully furnished and serviced apartments. Our clients get all the comforts of an apartment, but all the services and convenience of a hotel. Residents pay no security deposit and can book daily, weekly, monthly or contact us for yearly rates online. Best of all, serviced apartments are rented by the apartment, unlike hotels, which rent by the guest.
To book your apartment simply input your arrival and departure dates in our secure booking system. Choose your room size and then book your additional services, such as satellite TV, extra beds, Beijing tours, rental cell phones and more. You will then be prompted for your credit card information. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
East Apartments is a registered American company, foreign owned
and managed. All credit card information is stored and handled in our American office. Your credit card will be kept on file for any room charges and room security.

Beijing Capital Airport
Beijing Capital International Airport (北京首都国际机场) is the main international airport that serves the capital city of Beijing Peoples Republic of China. The airport is located 20 km to the northeast of Beijing city center in Chaoyang District. In 2007 it became the 9th busiest airport worldwide. The airport is broken into 3 distinct terminals:
Terminal 1 is the operational base for all domestic flights operated by the HNA Group, including those of Hainan Airlines, Grand China Airlines, Deer Air and Grand China Express Air
Terminal 2 houses China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Skyteam and other domestic and international flights. There is limited selection of food and dining options at Terminal 2. There is only one restaurant in the international area of the terminal once passengers are past security.
Terminal 3 mainly houses Air China, Oneworld, Star Alliance and other domestic and international flights. It is the largest airport in the world in land size and one of the world's largest in capacity. Most guests coming from International destinations will arrive here.

Clients can arrange for an airport pickup by a personal driver in a
an East Apartments shuttle bus.
Airport Transfer
Clients can arrange for our shuttle service to pick their group up at the airport.

Taxis
Taxis are available at the airport, please use only marked and metered taxis only. Unregistered or "black taxis" are illegal.
Public Bus
Clients can take one of several buses to Guo Mao bridge just north of East Apartments, tickets usually cost around 16 RMB.
Subway
The newest option is the recently opened Airport Expressway subway line. This can be accessed from Beijing Capital Airport and connects directly into the primary public transit system in Beijing. Clients should take the airport expressway to the first stop at Sanyuanqiao Transfer Station. From Sanyuanqiao clients should change to the Light Blue Line 10and head south to Shuanjing Station. This station is locate in the southern end of the East Apartments housing area.
